Customer information
Terms of sale.
These terms explain how orders for The Colour Circle Project and SCREENPRINT are made, paid for and fulfilled.
Last updated 8 September 2026
01 · The order
Personal, made-to-order artwork.
Each artwork is made to the customer’s choices. Please check the preview, colour or image treatment, wording, size, presentation and delivery address carefully before paying. On-screen colours and room visualisations are guides: screens, natural wood grain and the scale of a room can make the physical result appear different.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot accept it, we will contact you and refund the payment.
02 · Making and delivery
What happens next.
We aim to produce and dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days; framed work may take longer. Any timing shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee. We will contact you if a material delay arises and, unless another time has been agreed, deliver within the period required by consumer law.
Responsibility for the order passes to you when it is delivered to the address supplied. Please contact us promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or appears to have been opened.
03 · Changes and cancellations
Because it is made for you.
These artworks are clearly personalised and made to your specification. Once production has begun, they cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. Contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. If production has not begun, we will try to help, but we cannot promise that a change or cancellation will be possible.
This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Read our returns and cancellations policy.
04 · Images and rights
Use material you are entitled to use.
For SCREENPRINT, you must own the image or have all permissions needed to reproduce and adapt it, including any relevant photographer, artist and personality or privacy permissions. You retain your rights and grant us only the permission needed to process the image, produce the order and provide customer support.
We may refuse or cancel an order containing unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit or graphic violent material. If we cancel for this reason before supply, we will refund sums paid for anything not provided. You remain responsible for claims arising from material you were not entitled to submit.
05 · Our responsibility
A fair agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumer law gives you, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but not for business losses where you buy as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where they live and retain any mandatory protections that apply there.
